The last minute photoshoot story of a strange character sometime in November. No plan or whatsoever, only one accessory. Total improvisation and creation.
The colorful depression
Marie has been able to give some deep lonely feeling into this very colorful and alive area of the city.
When people were eating and having fun, we were trying to give another view in the loneliness sometimes felt in big cities, despite all the social possibilities.
Fun fact: the owner of this Chinese restaurant turned off his spotlight because we were shooting in front of his restaurant and apparently, this was disturbing him!
Electrified
Like bugs with bug zappers, we found this neon light so damn interesting and got stuck around it for a while. As long as the shop owner came to chat with us and asked us about our so-called "business".
I gotta say: Marie is mastering this sadness expression performance. This is moving, kudos!
It's past midnight and the moon is full: time to accessorize!
My first shooting with Marie was a lot different and for our next one, we will try something radically new to me. I'm disposed to let her guide me into new things, as she's an experimented model.
